At this point, you should have a good idea of the workload assigned to each shift. If the crane plan shows an unequal shift workload, you may need to equalize the planned work.
You may intentionally want one or more shifts to start at the same time but end at different times. In such cases, it may be unnecessary to equalize the workload.

To equalize the workload among two or more shifts, you can assign work-queue blocks to other shifts (see Assign work queues to crane work shifts (on page 1) or Move work queues between crane shifts (on page 1)). If the workload requires further equalization, you can divide (hard-split) a work-queue block between two shifts (see Split work queues (on page 1)).
